Notes & Policies
- Room rates and villa rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of government Goods and Services Tax at 15% (GST).
- Rates include pre-dinner drinks and canapés, full country breakfast and use of all facilities.
- All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
- You will be directed to our secure server to make your request during booking process.
- A table d’hote dinner service of four courses is available by prior arrangement. A charge of $115 + GST per person applies. Please notify us of any special dietary requirements.
- A minimum 2-night stay may apply for the holiday period 15 December - 15 January. Please call for more information.
- Children are welcome by arrangement.
- We regret pets are not allowed.
- We ask you to respect the non-smoking policy inside the buildings and guest rooms.
- Guest check in is at 2pm and checkout is at 12 noon. Any other times are by arrangement.
- The property has helicopter access.

- As changes to your reservation or cancellations affect us greatly, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of one night's rate.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Peak holiday season (December 15 to January 15 inclusive) cancellation policy:
Less than 60 days – charged for every night booked.
- We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in the event that circumstances beyond their control cause cancellation of their booking and incur a cancellation fee.
- To secure a booking we require valid credit card details to which a deposit of 100% of one night's rate is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure.
This deposit is refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy above. - Special conditions and special event tariffs may apply.
