The dominant grape is Syrah in the northern Rhône appellations of Côte Rôtie and Hermitage, and is Grenache in the southern Rhône Châteauneuf du Pape appellation. We have also included Domaine Tempier wines from the Mediterranean appellation of Bandol where the Mourvèdre grape varietal is dominant and flourishing. Their Rosé is one of the rare Rosés in the world today to actually have a cult following. |
