An evening at Glen Aros Country Estate begins with complimentary pre-dinner canapés and cocktails served in the sitting room which adjoins the elegant dining room. In summer, the western veranda overlooking the pétanque court is also a popular option.

Award winning Nigel Marriage, a classically trained chef with Michelin star restaurant experience, draws on his extensive knowledge and creativity for the cuisine at Glen Aros. He uses vegetables, herbs and fruit from our garden, and oil and olives from our own grove, and takes advantage of the fresh produce offered by the renowned local farmers’ markets. After dinner relax with drinks or coffee in the comfortable living room, enjoy the evening from one of the verandas overlooking the garden, or sit out on the candlelit patio by the swimming pool.

A full breakfast is offered in the informal dining area or alfresco in the garden courtyard.
