Board Room
The meeting room can seat up to 12 people, at a boardroom quality table with comfortable, adjustable leather chairs. Privately situated in the recreation wing, it opens onto the expansive pool area.
There are plenty of places for lunch, refreshments and breakout sessions, including the billiards room, the pool terrace, verandas or a quiet corner of the garden.
Meeting room hire includes quality audiovisual equipment such as:
- Data projector and in-built wide screen
- Electronic whiteboard
- Sound system
- Video conferencing
- Web casting
Dining
As your group will be enjoying exclusive use of the estate facilities, we will work with you to plan your dining and catering needs.
Start the day with a full country breakfast, continue with refreshments and lunch during the course of the meeting, then finish the day with cocktails and dinner.
The dining room can seat up to 12 guests, or we can arrange dining outside by the pool or in the courtyard.
Sample menus and our comprehensive wine list are available to assist your planning.
Leisure Activities
We can arrange a variety of leisure activities on-site or nearby. Clay pigeon shooting, use of a flight simulator or gliding lessons are just a few diverse examples of offsite activities.

Meeting Room Hire
The meeting room hire is $500 per day or complimentary with exclusive use of the Lodge Villa rate.

Plan your Corporate Retreat or Small Meeting during June - September 2012 and Glen Aros is offering an exclusive use of the Lodge Villa rate* from $450 + GST per room, per night based on 6 rooms. We can offer a fully equipped 12-seat board room and business centre as well as use of all the extensive facilities.
